Brentford Sampler with Proverb 3:6

This is a sampler from my collection with Proverbs 3:6 on it ... 'In all thy ways acknowledge God, and he shall direct thy paths'. This is called Brentford as it was originally framed there and with no date and a worn name it has been impossible to trace.

The design is 145 x 182 stitches (9 x 11.5” on 32ct fabric over 2 threads). This would be a piece of fabric 13 x 15" with 2" border. The chart does have measurements for fabrics from 28ct to 56 ct.
